Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was received
  • The product is significantly different from the description

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and international shipping, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or preference
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@shopzymora.com with:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, we will provide further instructions.

          Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us and we will investigate the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
